WHAT TO DO NEXT TO INFORM MABFI ABOUT YOUR DONATION:
- On a clean SHORT BOND paper re-write your details.
- Beside the re-written details, paste the VALIDATED complete PAYMENT SLIP and attach your 1 x 1 I.D. picture.
- Computer scan the whole page and Email the same to MABFI. Email Address: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Thru POSTAL MAIL, send the original VALIDATED complete PAYMENT SLIP to MABFI, together with your 1 X 1 – I.D. picture. POSTAL ADDRESS: # 7 Sunrise St, Rimview Park, Concepcion Dos, Marikina City.
- Keep the VALIDATED STUB for your record of the BANK DONATION.
Step 4. WITHIN A WEEK AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR DONATION, A CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT TO YOU THRU CELLPHONE OR THRU EMAIL. TYPE YOUR NAME TO SEARCH IN OUR WEBSITE- YOUR PICTURE WILL APPEAR ALONG WITH OUR NATIONAL HEROES.
Step 5. DETAILS ABOUT YOUR DONATION WILL BE RECORDED IN OUR COMPUTER MEMORY BANK.
